Infinity Site Development offers a full wireless site acquisition process:

  • SITE SCRUB: Pre-Site Zoning Analysis before a search ring is officially released for development

  • CANDIDATE PROCUREMENT: Search ring candidate acquisition with 3 major factor always considered in the procurement process; lease-able, zone-able, and construct-able candidates. Detailed and on time Site Candidate Information Packages are submitted with full landlord and parcel ID information, tax maps, deeds, aerials, site photos, flood plain maps, topographic maps, directions street map, zoning map with candidates identified, zoning and building personnel information, and all zoning code information and pages. RF Engineering is kept informed with all aspects of the candidate procurement with input to the most ideal candidate and site being found and turned in.

  • LEASING: The Client lease is fully reviewed and explained to the primary candidate.  Client leases are usually agreed upon with any changes professionally formatted.  Memorandum of Lease is completed, and submitted on time with all other client and landlord forms.  Lease financial terms are offered with client's competition in mind, and market lease rates are applied to each site lease.

  • ZONING: Search ring is broken down into what can be zoned and what cannot. Zoning Inspector is brought into candidate procurement from the beginning of the search process. Zoning map and wireless zoning codes are analyzed and explained in full to the client. All zoning applications procedures are completed and submittal deadlines met for the zoning meeting process. Represent client in each meeting needed for zoning with outline of zoning presentation completed prior to meeting. Main objective to procure a zoning permit in the shortest time possible for the primary candidate!

  • BUILDING PERMIT: Completion of site plans from the red-lining process to full sets of plans delivered to jurisdictions certified building department. Information given to the client from the beginning of the process on the number of plans needed along with application fees and plan review fees. On time procurement of stamped and approved site plans.
